Back in December Claire’s Baby Boutique announced the children’s charity we were donating a portion of our holiday sales to -
Thanks to awesome sales this holiday season, we were able to donate to Alliance for Children, with more than we had anticipated!
Alliance for Children helps children by protecting them from child abuse, offering support services and being the voice of the child. We are very grateful to them for taking care of children in our community.

I just celebrated my birthday and I must say it has been the best yet!
My son happened to be sick the day before and since there is a 24 hour fever-free rule at school, he was home on my birthday. We had such a great day – There is nothing better than spending the day with your family when they are catering to mom on her birthday.
Which brings me to the many changes that are coming to Claire’s Baby Boutique.
We are getting a new website!!!
Yes, that is right – Claire’s Baby Boutique will soon have a new face. I can hardly contain my excitement! On top of that, we are adding to our product line – I am in the process of going through our inventory piece by piece to determine what stays and what goes to make room for new items. Lots more to come!
We are also remodeling our store at Brownstone Too. Adding a whole new line, so be sure to stop by and see what we’ve been up to.
In the next few days to a week, there may be some downtime on the website. Please be patient and check back often as you may just be the first to see the new site!

It is time to spread the news about this adorable new clothing line!
The giraffe print line is one of our newest additions here at Claire’s Baby Boutique and it is a best seller. The giraffe print bloomers are one of the cutest items available - they come in sizes 0 – 6 months or 12 – 18 months. Beautiful grosgrain ruffles cover the bum on these super soft minky bloomers.
A giraffe print tunic and leggings set is the perfect ensemble – soft minky fabric for the tunic and cotton leggings. We also have a dress that is just adorable.

Brownstone Village is a uniquely, wonderful shopping experience complete with a sweet bar, restaurants and hundreds of stores to shop to your hearts content.
We made the decision to expand our business from online-only to retail storefront to fill the void for stylish, yet affordable boutique baby clothing.
Visit us at Brownstone Too, just ask for Claire’s Baby Boutique - we are right next to Wonderful World of Cooking and across from the sweet bar. Yum!

Our staff of Moms have unanimously selected a charity to receive a portion of the sales at Claire’s Baby Boutique. While there are so many local, national, even international organizations to give to, we decided that since charity starts at home, we would select one that is in our community. We all believe the ripple effect will help the millions of others needing assistance this holiday season.
Alliance for Children is an organization focused on children, being their voice when they can’t or are afraid to speak for themselves. We are a baby and kids store and it is fitting that we give to an organization close to our hearts. They will receive 15% of our sales from December 1 to January 15, 2011.
We have already acknowledged all the suggestions and advice from our customers. We would like to once again thank you for your heartfelt comments. They are truly appreciated!

It’s holiday party time!
Time for family and friends, lots of playing and silliness.

Where does the time go? It has been one month since our last post – we have been extremely busy getting ready for the holidays here at Claire’s Baby Boutique.
Which brings us to the title for today’s post “Start Holiday Shopping.” Just does not seem like we should even be thinking about the holidays yet! In fact, we have been in holiday mode since the end of August.
Since this will be Claire’s Baby Boutique’s first holiday season, we want to start an annual charity project where we will donate proceeds to a child-centered charity. We have been very fortunate at Claire’s Baby Boutique and are excited to share what we have.
Stay tuned for which one we select – it will benefit children undoubtedly.
So, having said that, start adding things to your cart!
